1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The on-screen confirmation is not identity or legal age verification.

2. Nature of the service

The service organizes publicly available and community-derived information to help users discover places and activity. At present, it does not provide profiles, user-to-user messaging, matching, reservations, medical advice, or emergency response. Listings and activity indicators are informational estimates and do not guarantee that a place exists, is open, is suitable, or has people present. If communication features are introduced, additional rules and notices may apply.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Use by anyone under 18 or facilitating such use.
• Posting personal information, identifying or outing another person, harassment, stalking, threats, exploitation, or non-consensual conduct.
• Illegal acts, public sexual activity, infringement of facility rules or third-party rights, false reports, spam, scraping that burdens the service, or interference with security.

4. Reports and content handling

You must have a reasonable basis for information you submit and avoid unnecessary personal information. We may review, edit, decline, retain, or remove submitted information and listings to operate and protect the service. Submission does not guarantee a response or change.

5. External services and intellectual property

External sites are controlled by their operators. Their availability and content are not guaranteed. The service design, software, and original materials are protected by applicable rights; rights in cited third-party material remain with their owners.

6. Suspension, disclaimer, and liability

We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on listings, interactions with others, external services, outages, or unauthorized access, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law and changes

Japanese law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the competent court under Japanese law. Material changes will be posted with a revised date; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
