Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

• Contact category, message, optional reply email address, language, submission time, and processing status.
• Anonymous place reports and an operation ID used to prevent duplicate submissions.
• Technical browser and request signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse of the contact form. We do not send the form entries to Turnstile as part of this check.
• The map viewport center, zoom level, and language while the map is open. This short-lived presence data is aggregated and is not stored as a movement history.
• Technical request data that may be processed in hosting security and error logs, such as IP address, user agent, and request time.

2. Device location and local storage

Your browser asks for permission only when you use the locate button. The service uses the result to move the map and does not directly save the precise result in its database. The resulting map viewport may be included in short-lived presence aggregation.

Local storage, IndexedDB, and session storage hold cached map data, the age confirmation, and temporary anonymous presence identifiers. You can remove these through your browser settings.

3. Purposes

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the map.
• Review reports, corrections, removal requests, safety reports, and other inquiries.
• Reply only when you voluntarily provide a reply address.
• Prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and investigate faults.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare as needed to host and protect the service, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect life, safety, or rights. Links and map tiles provided by third parties are subject to their own policies.

5. Retention and security

Contact inquiries are automatically eligible for deletion two years after receipt. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably required for its stated purpose. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Requests and changes

Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion, suspension, or questions. We may request information reasonably needed to identify the relevant record. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
