Purpose and scope of this service
This service provides public and community-sourced information on a map for reference.
- A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement, approval, permission, or solicitation or facilitation of sexual activity.
- The completeness, accuracy, currency, safety, and legality of listing information are not guaranteed.
- This service does not manage listed places or act as an intermediary between users. Users must check current law, local ordinances, facility rules, and conditions on site.
Do not engage in sexual activity in public
Parks, public toilets, car parks, streets, and vehicles visible to others are not places for sexual activity.
- Exposure or sexual activity may be a criminal offence, including public indecency.
- Do not misuse facilities, trespass, enter closed areas, or remain after closing.
- Do not block access or disturb neighbours and other visitors through noise, loitering, smoking, or litter.
- Follow staff or security instructions promptly. Do not argue or re-enter.
Consent must be clear, current, and specific
Silence, lack of resistance, previous consent, or agreeing to meet does not mean consent to a sexual act now.
- Ask what each person wants. Do not continue when a response is hesitant or unclear.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Stop immediately if someone says no, freezes, pulls away, or stops responding.
- Do not engage with someone who cannot freely decide or communicate because they are asleep, unconscious, heavily intoxicated, or affected by drugs.
- This service is intended for adults only. Seeking, inviting, arranging meetings with, or sexualising anyone under 18 is prohibited.
Do not record, expose, or identify people
Consent to being recorded is separate from consent to save, share, or publish a recording.
- Never record photos, video, audio, screens, or location data without clear consent.
- Even with consent to record, do not send or publish it without separate, explicit consent.
- Never post identifying information such as a face, name, workplace, vehicle plate, social account, or precise location.
- Where bystanders could be captured, the safest choice is not to point a device at anyone.
Protect your health and judgement
Make sure everyone can think clearly and discuss protection from sexually transmitted infections.
- Use condoms and other barriers correctly and carry your own supplies. They do not prevent every STI.
- If you have symptoms or concerns, pause sexual activity and consult a clinic or public health centre about appropriate testing.
- Do not let alcohol or drugs impair your judgement. Keep control of your drinks and belongings.
- For a first meeting, make sure you can leave independently and reach a safe place. Consider sharing your plan with someone you trust.
If something feels unsafe
Leave and move to a safe place with other people. In an emergency, contact venue staff, police, emergency medical services, or another appropriate authority. Reports submitted through this service are not an emergency service.
